Business Shift to B2B

While designers focus on grids and whitespace, we handle conversion and logic. If an interface doesn't make money, it's just digital waste, no matter how good it looks.

In our project for Cozy Environment, the goal was to transform a retail vendor into a B2B supplier for HoReCa.

  • Given: the manufacturer is scaling to enter the B2B market.

  • Problem: no website, no reputation in the professional field, sales only through marketplaces.

  • Goal: a landing page that generates leads

Jobs To Be Done

A B2B client isn't an impulse buyer. They have strict KPIs, timelines, and budgets. We broke down their needs using the JTBD method.

We discovered the client fits into four psychotypes:

Solutions Architecture

We implemented features to address the target audience's pain points:

  • A PDF presentation to justify budgets, allowing the client-side manager to advocate for the purchase to their superiors

  • Crash test videos as empirical evidence of quality work better than a thousand words

UX Design and Cart Removal

In B2B, the standard cart is outdated. Wholesale clients don't pay for a truckload of sofas with a credit card online. Extra clicks kill conversion.

We implemented the One-Click-Lead concept.

Instead of a purchase button, we created a contextual request. The manager receives a lead immediately with the product specification. This speeds up deal closure by 30% and eliminates human error in calculations.

The interface is designed to answer questions before they're asked:

  • Confirmation of direct manufacturer status (differentiates from resellers)

  • Tools for quick budgeting

  • Legal guarantees and standards (GOSTs) prominently displayed

Mobile First Adaptation

60% of B2B inquiries come from mobile devices. Decision-makers are often 'in the field,' not in the office.

A website that doesn’t work well on a smartphone means a lost client.

We developed a mobile-first design with usability as the priority: larger touch zones and instant access to contacts via the burger menu.

The site loads instantly, not losing users even with unstable mobile internet.
