While hipsters are redesigning icons and looking for gradients, we're tackling the engineering challenge of extracting information from behind blocks and information noise. The app should simplify life in digital isolation.
Given: Russian market, Meta is blocked.
Problem: Users are drowning in information noise. To stay updated, they have to monitor VK, Telegram, Zen, and YouTube. This is inefficient. People have FOMO (fear of missing out), scrolling feeds until their eyes bleed.
Task: An MVP that aggregates content in one place, filters junk through AI, and provides anonymity.
Solution Architecture
Users don't care about ecosystems, they need content.
The system parses everything: from open sources to those under restrictions. The neural network (SF.AI) analyzes interests based on behavior.
Result: a relevant feed without clutter.
Onboarding
Typical apps require email, phone, and even stool tests to get started. This kills conversion.
We provide entry without registration.
Enter, tap your interests, gain benefits.
Login is only needed to save likes. This lowers the entry barrier to zero. We give you dopamine upfront, and ask for data later.
Combating Overload
Competitors' interfaces (especially VK) are visual clutter. A user can't tell where one post ends and an ad for hemorrhoid cream begins.
So we added a soft shadow and increased spacing to each post card.
Not for looks, but because tests showed that VK users get lost in the flow. Clear separation allows the brain to process information faster. Less load = longer session = more money for the business.
Anonymity
We implemented a system of anonymized profiles. Just a data hash. You view content, the system knows what you like but doesn't know who you are.
Mobile Logic
We adopted Instagram patterns to lower the entry threshold. A familiar interface reduces cognitive resistance.
Reactions are available to all as engagement.
Comments are available by subscription only (a barrier against spam and bots + monetization).
This filters out trolls and creates exclusivity for those willing to pay for the right to express their opinion.
Conclusion
Development is on hold because investors temporarily suspended funding due to new political risks.
We designed a system that solves the problem of the shortage of Western content and the abundance of domestic content. Pure functionality wrapped in an understandable UI.
